(A) Failure to register a rental unit shall subject the violating party to a fine not to exceed $100. Each day that a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
(B) Any and all other violations of any provision of this chapter shall subject the violating party to a fine not to exceed $500, in consideration of, and coordination with IC 36-1-20-6. Each day that a violation continues or remains uncured shall constitute a separate offense.
