(A) The Enforcing Official shall order operations suspended whenever:
(1) Work requiring a permit is being done without a permit;
(2) Work is under a permit, but current operations are causing a hazard; or
(3) Work under permit is being done in a manner contrary to the terms and conditions of the permit.
(B) Such suspensions shall remain in effect until:
(1) The permit is issued;
(2) The hazardous condition is remedied to the satisfaction of the Enforcing Official; or
(3) The faulty work is remedied and executed in full accordance with the permit and these regulations.
