§ 153.62 PROTECTION AGAINST EROSION AND SEDIMENTATION.
   Temporary and/or permanent erosion and sediment control features and devices shall be designed and constructed in accordance with appropriate existing regulations enforced by Indiana Department of Environmental Management, State of Indiana Code and Regulations, and also applicable provisions of the Indiana Storm Water Quality Manual and/or other appropriate handbooks of the U.S. Soil Conservation Service.
