   (A)   Development plan review - $750.
   (B)   Development permit - $300.
   (C)   Building permit - $300 (one-time permit fee - no additional permit fee required beyond standard building permit).
   (D)   Earthmoving permit - $300.
   (E)   Inspection - $100.
