§ 153.11 STATUTORY AUTHORIZATION.
   This chapter and regulations of the City of Aurora, Indiana are adopted in accordance with and pursuant to the legal grant of authority of IC 36-7 et seq. and IC 36-1-6 et seq., to adopt rules to abate soil erosion due to surface water run-off, water pollution by soil sedimentation and other associated problems (i.e. landslides).
