§ 153.10 TITLE.
   This chapter and regulations shall be cited as the Earth Movement and Property Clearing Ordinance and Regulations for the City of Aurora, Indiana and shall commonly be known as "the Hillside Ordinance" and may also hereinafter be referred to as "these regulations."
