In the event that the property owner shall fail to comply with the “Destruction Order” within five calendar days of the filing of the order, and has not filed a notice of an intent to appeal to the enforcement authority and Clerk-Treasurer within 48 hours, the enforcement authority may employ the services of city employees or outside contractors and remove the weeds to conform to this subchapter by all lawful means.
