§ 74.02 SPEED TO BE REASONABLE AND PRUDENT FOR DRIVING CONDITIONS.
   A person must use reasonable care to drive at a speed that is reasonable and prudent for the actual and potential driving conditions, said speed may be less than the posted speed limit, in order to avoid collisions with other vehicles, pedestrians, emergency vehicles or in worksite/work zones.
