§ 36.06 FEMA/SEMA HAZARD MITIGATION GRANT PROGRAM FUNDS.
   (A)   There is hereby established the Hazard Mitigation Grant Fund into which the Clerk-Treasurer of the City of Aurora is hereby authorized and directed to deposit all Hazard Mitigation Grant Funds received from F.E.M.A. and S.E.M.A..
   (B)   The City of Aurora will expend such funds in accordance with law and upon approval of the Common Council of the City of Aurora, Indiana.
