(A) There is hereby established the Aurora City Court Operations Fund into which the Clerk-Treasurer of the City of Aurora is hereby authorized and directed to deposit all revenue funds (excepting revenues authorized to be receipted into Records Perpetuation Fund) received from the Judge and Clerk of the Aurora City Court.
(B) All expenses and obligations that the Aurora City Court may incur are to be paid out of the Fund in accordance with the law and upon approval of the Common Council of the City of Aurora, Indiana.
