§ 36.04 GAMING REVENUE FUND.
   (A)   There is established the Gaming Revenue Fund into which the Clerk-Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to deposit all gaming revenue funds received from Rising Sun, Indiana and Lawrenceburg, Indiana and any other entity from which the city receives similar funds; and
   (B)   The city will expend such funds in accordance with law and upon approval of the Common Council.
