§ 34.24 TAKING EQUIPMENT OUT OF CITY.
   Taking equipment out of city. A Fire Company may not leave the city with equipment other than that designated by the Mayor. The rules of the Ohio-Indiana Firefighting Associations and the provisions of the Dearborn County Fire Chiefs Association Mutual Aid Agreement shall apply to such departure of equipment from the city.
