§ 34.08 USE OF FIRE DEPARTMENT EQUIPMENT.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to enter the headquarters of the Fire Department or any branch thereof in the city and remove therefrom for private use any fire hose, fire ladders or other property belonging to the Fire Department without first obtaining permission so to do from the Mayor, or the Fire Chief, or in their absence, from the Chief of Police of the city.
