§ 34.06 PHYSICAL EXAMINATIONS.
   (A)   Required. All city firefighters under 45 years of age shall undergo a physical examination by a medical doctor every two years. Any firefighter 45 years of age or older shall have a physical examination annually.
   (B)   Reports - distribution of copies. A copy of the report of the doctor on the examination shall be presented to each firefighter and a copy shall be filed in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer.
   (C)   Reports - review. The doctor's report shall be reviewed by the Fire Department Committee of Council when filed.
   (D)   Hearing on determination of unfitness. If the doctor's report contains information or recommendations to the effect that such firefighter is not in sufficiently good health to enable him to continue as a firefighter, such firefighter shall be called before the Committee for a hearing and determination as to his future service as a firefighter of the city.
