§ 32.41 COMPOSITION; APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS; POWERS
   The Commission of Economic Development shall be composed of three members appointed in conformance with state law. The commission shall have all the powers conferred by state law, including the power to acquire real estate or personal property and to repair or remodel existing structures in order to promote the economic welfare of the city.
