(A) There is hereby established the position of Assistant Park Clerk who shall serve at the pleasure of the Park Clerk of the city and have such powers and duties as authorized and provided in the laws of the state of Indiana.
(B) There is hereby established the position of Park Custodian who shall serve at the pleasure of the Department of Parks and Recreation and have such powers and duties as delegated by the Board of Parks and Recreation and as provided under the laws of the state of Indiana.
(C) There shall be one and only Assistant Park Clerk and Park Custodian who shall be entitles to be compensated for the duties he or she performs in an amount as is established by ordinance.
