§ 115.08 HEIGHT OF TELECOMMUNICATIONS TOWER(S).
   (A)   The applicant must submit documentation justifying to the Council the total height of any telecommunications tower, facility and/or antenna and the basis therefor. Such justification shall be to provide service within the city, to the extent practicable, unless good cause is shown.
   (B)   Telecommunications towers shall be no higher than the minimum height necessary. Unless waived by the Council upon good cause shown, the maximum height shall be 140 feet, based on five co-located antenna arrays and ambient tree height of 80 feet.
   (C)   The maximum height of any telecommunications tower and attached antennas constructed after the effective date of this chapter shall not exceed that which shall permit operation without artificial lighting of any kind, in accordance with municipal, county, state, and/or any federal statute, code, rule or regulation.
