The Augusta City Council of hereby appoints Gretchen Usleaman and Angie Schweitzer, each being an ASPM Certified Floodplain Manager, to administer, implement, and enforce the provisions of this chapter by granting or denying development permits in accordance with its provisions, and each and both individuals are herein referred to as the Floodplain Administrator.
