(A) It shall be unlawful for any company, corporation, or person to post, paint, or attach in any way whatsoever on or to any billboard, fence, house, stable, or outbuilding, or to any building, public or private, or any fence within the city limits, any written bills, posters, or advertising signs of any kind or character, or to distribute within and about the city in any way whatsoever, any bills, posters, signs, or advertising matter of any kind whatsoever, without first having procured a license to do so from the City Clerk/Treasurer.
(B) The license shall be for a term of one year from the date of procuring same.
(C) The license fee for each company, corporation, or person shall be $10 per annum.
