§ 50.35 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   "DAYS." Calendar days, not business days.
   "PAYMENT." Cash payment. Any payment made by check, later returned for insufficient funds or other reasons shall be disregarded and there shall be an administration fee of $10 per check added to the account balance due.
