§ 117.99 PENALTY.

Any person convicted of violating the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for the first day’s violation. Each day’s continued violation shall constitute a separate offense.
