§ 117.21 CONTENTS OF PERMIT.
   Each special event permit shall state the following information:
   (A)   Name of applicant and organization, if any;
   (B)   Dates and times of the event;
   (C)   Any other information that the City Clerk finds necessary for the enforcement of this chapter.
