§ 117.19 NOTICE OF REJECTION.
   The City Clerk shall act upon the application for a special event permit in a timely manner after the filing thereof. If the City Clerk disapproves the application, he or she shall notify the applicant stating the reason for his or her denial of the permit. The City Clerk shall notate the denial on the application, the reason(s) for such denial, and the date and means by which the applicant was notified of the denial.
