For the purpose of this chapter the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
"STRUCTURE." Includes, but is not limited to one-family and other dwellings, and any building or part thereof used, occupied, or intended for use or occupancy for human habitation or commercial or residential purposes, and includes any outbuildings and appurtenances belonging thereto or usually enjoyed therewith.
