§ 71.02 ALL-NIGHT PARKING PROHIBITED.
   No person shall park any vehicle on any street within the city or any parking area adjacent to such street other than a driveway for any period of time between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., of any day, except with the permission from the Mayor or his or her designeee.
