§ 30.02 REGULAR AND SPECIAL OR EMERGENCY MEETINGS; PLACE OF MEETINGS.
   The City Council shall hold regular meetings on the third Monday of each month, except when it will meet one day later in order to observe federal holidays. Regular meetings shall be held at City Hall at 6:00 p.m. Regular, special, and emergency meetings shall be announced and conducted as prescribed by the Commonwealth Open Meetings Act, KRS 61.800 through 61.850.
