§ 151.04 ADMINISTRATION AND AUTHORITY.

Overlay regulations shall be promulgated and administered solely as city ordinances; their administration is, therefore, the responsibility of the Code Enforcement Board, operating as provided in this code of ordinances. The Board shall establish a body of experts to assist in the review of design standards and development proposals.
