For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
DOUBLE WIDE MOBILE HOME. Any mobile home, as hereinabove defined, or combination of mobile homes designed to be connected into a single unit, having a minimum outside width of 20 feet and containing 800 or more square feet of living space.
MOBILE HOME. Any vehicle or structure so designed and constructed in the manner as will permit occupancy thereof as sleeping quarters for one or more persons, or the conduct of any business or profession, occupation or trade (or use as a selling or advertising device), and so designed that it is or may be mounted on wheels and used as a conveyance on highways or city streets, propelled or drawn by its own or other motive power, excepting a device used exclusively upon stationary rails or tracks.
MOBILE HOME PARK. Any park, trailer park, trailer court, court, camp, site, lot, parcel or tract of land designed, maintained or intended for the purpose of supplying a location or accommodations for any mobile home or mobile homes and upon which any mobile home or mobile homes are parked or placed and shall include all buildings used or intended for use as part of the equipment thereof, whether a charge is made for the use of the mobile home park and its facilities or not. The term MOBILE HOME PARK shall not include mobile home, trailer or automobile sales lots upon which unoccupied mobile homes are parked or placed for the purposes of sale and inspection for sale.
TRAVEL TRAILER and CAMPER and CONVERTED BUS. Any portable structure or vehicle supported upon its own axle or axles used or so constructed as to permit its being used as a conveyance upon the public streets or highways and duly licensable as such and constructed in a manner as will permit occupancy thereof as a dwelling or sleeping place for one or more persons for a limited or temporary time or basically designed for travel or camping purposes, propelled or drawn by its own or other motive power.
