To provide certain minimum standards, provisions and requirements for safe and stable installation, methods of connection, and uses of materials in the installation of plumbing and heating shall be as found in the American Standard National Plumbing Code (ASAA 40.8-1955), published in book or pamphlet form by The American Society of Mechanical Engineers, in addition to all amended editions as though printed in full herein. All prior ordinances in conflict herewith shall be and are hereby repealed. One copy of the Plumbing Code is on file at the office of the City Clerk and is available at any reasonable time.
