To develop better sign construction and to provide minimum standards to safeguard life, health, property and public welfare by regulating structural requirements for all signs and sign structures located outside buildings, the Uniform Sign Code, 1976 edition, copyright International Conference of Building Officials, printed in book or pamphlet form is hereby incorporated by reference in addition to all amended editions as though printed in full herein. One copy of the Sign Code is on file at the office of the City Clerk and is available at any reasonable time.
