To provide certain minimum standards, provisions and requirements for safe and stable design, methods of construction, and uses of materials in houses hereafter erected, constructed, enlarged, altered, repaired, relocated and converted, the Uniform Housing Code, 1976 Edition, copyright International Conference of Building Officials, printed in book or pamphlet form is hereby incorporated by reference in addition to all amended additions as though printed in full herein. All prior ordinances in conflict herewith shall be and are hereby repealed, one copy of the Uniform Housing Code is on file at the office of the City Clerk and is available for public inspection at any reasonable time.
