(A) Other than in an emergency, it shall be unlawful for any person, without the consent of the owner, to purposely or knowingly enter upon any private grounds, or to break, cut or injure any tree, shrub, plant, flower or grass growing thereon, or to enter upon an improved lot or grounds occupied for residence purposes and to loiter about the same.

(B) It shall be unlawful for a person, knowing that he or she is not licensed or privileged to do so, enters or remains in any place as to which notice against trespass is given by actual communication to the actor; or posting in a manner prescribed by law or reasonably likely to come to the attention of intruders; or fencing or other enclosure manifestly designed to exclude intruders.
