§ 133.02  PROSTITUTION.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person purposely or knowingly to engage or agree to engage in an act of prostitution. For the purposes of this section, the word PROSTITUTION shall mean the practice of indiscriminate sexual activity expressly for compensation.

   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person purposely or knowingly to solicit, induce or attempt to induce another person to engage in an act of prostitution. For the purposes of this section, the word PROSTITUTION shall mean the practice of indiscriminate sexual activity expressly for compensation.

   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person purposely or knowingly to offer to bring together or to bring together two or more persons for the purpose of engaging in prostitution. For the purposes of this section, the word PROSTITUTION shall mean the practice of indiscriminate sexual activity expressly for compensation.

   (D)   It shall be unlawful for any person purposely or knowingly to solicit, entice or attempt to entice a person to become a prostitute. For the purposes of this section, the word PROSTITUTE shall mean any person who shall engage in the practice of indiscriminate sexual activity expressly for compensation.
