§ 132.17  DANGEROUS APPLIANCES LEFT ACCESSIBLE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to permit a refrigerator, icebox, freezer or other dangerous appliance to be in the open and accessible to children, whether on private or public property, unless all doors shall have been removed from the appliances and the same shall have been otherwise made reasonably safe.
