§ 130.09  THREAT OR FALSE INFORMATION CONCERNING INJURY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to impart or convey, or cause to be imparted or conveyed, any threat against the person or property of another, and it shall further be unlawful for any person to impart or convey, or cause to be imparted or conveyed, any false information, knowing the same to be false, concerning an attempt or alleged attempt being made, or to be made, to damage or destroy any building or other real or personal property or to injure or kill any person.
