It shall be unlawful for any person, other than a member of the city police or of any official police or law enforcement organization, to wear an official badge or uniform, or any badge or uniform having the appearance of being an official badge or uniform, or to, in any manner, falsely and purposely impersonate members of the city police or of any other official police or law enforcement organization.
