§ 130.07  RESISTING, INTERFERING WITH, IMPEDING, OBSTRUCTING OR ABUSING CITY OFFICERS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to resist, interfere with, impede, obstruct or abuse any law enforcement officer, city police officer or any other city official engaged in the proper execution of his or her office.
