§ 130.04  AIDING OR ABETTING THE COMMISSION OF AN OFFENSE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to aid or abet any other person or persons in the violation of this code. Whoever aids or abets any other person or persons in the violation of this code may be prosecuted and punished as if he or she were the principal offender.
