(A) Every mobile home park within jurisdiction of the city shall have located therein an office building in which shall be located:
(1) The permanent office of the person in direct day to day charge and control of the park;
(2) A copy of the permit, issued pursuant to the terms of this chapter, authorizing the construction, maintenance, operation or alteration of the park, the copy to be posted and in plain sight; and
(3) An accurate and up to date copy of the park register.
(B) It shall be the duty of any person, firm, partnership, corporation or association holding a permit authorizing the construction, maintenance, operation or alteration of a mobile home park within the jurisdiction of the city and of any person in direct day to day charge and control of the park to:
(1) Keep, at all times, a register of all occupants of each mobile home space within the park, which register shall show for all occupants their names and addresses, the dates of their entrance and departure, the license numbers of their mobile homes and the name of the state issuing the license;
(2) Maintain the park in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition at all times;
(3) Report to the Chairperson of the Board of Health all cases of persons or animals affected or suspected of being affected with any communicable disease; and
(4) Prohibit the use of any mobile home located within the park by a number of persons greater than that which the mobile home is designed to accommodate.
