§ 116.01  DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   BOARD OF HEALTH. The Board of Health of the city as established by § 32.07 of this code.
   FIRE PREVENTION AUTHORITY. The City Fire Department.
   MOBILE HOME. Any vehicle or structure so designed and constructed in a manner as will permit occupancy thereof as sleeping quarters for one or more persons, or the conduct of any business or profession, occupation or trade (or use as a selling or advertising device), and so designed that it. is or may be mounted on wheels and used as a conveyance on highways or city streets, propelled or drawn by its own or other motive power, excepting a device used exclusively upon stationary rails or tracks.
   MOBILE HOME PARK. Any park, trailer park, trailer court, camp, site, lot, parcel or tract of land designed, maintained or intended for the purpose of supplying a location or accommodations for any mobile home or mobile homes and upon which any mobile home or mobile homes are parked or placed and shall include all buildings used or intended for use as part of the equipment thereof, whether a charge is made for the use of the mobile home park and its facilities or not. The term MOBILE HOME PARK shall not include mobile home, trailer or automobile sales lots upon which unoccupied mobile homes are parked or placed for the purposes of sale and inspection for sale.
   MOBILE HOME SPACE. Any plot of ground within a mobile home park designed for the accommodation of one mobile home.
   PERMIT. A written permit issued by the City Clerk, under the direction and with the consent of the Board of Health, permitting a mobile home park to operate, within the jurisdiction of the city, pursuant to the provisions of this code and of any regulations promulgated thereunder.
   STREET. Any public street, avenue, road, alley or highway, located in the city and established for the use of vehicles, the boundaries of which are hereby determined to be the outer boundaries of the street, avenue, road or alley, as platted and dedicated as shown by the official records of the city and the county as shown on the official records in the office of the County Clerk as official streets, avenues, roads or alleys within the corporate limits.
