§ 115.02  TELEPHONE.
   The City Council has granted to the Lincoln Telephone and Telegraph Company, Inc., the authority to maintain and operate a telephone system within the city. Actual details of the agreement and the present telephone rates, charges and fees are available at the City Clerk’s office.
