§ 114.47  EMPLOYMENT OF MINORS PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, partnership, corporation or association to hire, employ or permit any person under the age of 19 years to serve or dispense alcoholic liquors including beer, upon any premises of any retail liquor establishment licensed in the name of the person, firm, partnership, corporation or association.
