§ 114.38  UNLAWFUL FOR OWNER OF PREMISES TO KNOWINGLY PERMIT VIOLATIONS.
   It shall be unlawful for any owner of any premises licensed under the State Liquor Control Act or for any person from whom a licensee derives the right to possession of any licensed premises or for the agent of any owner or person to knowingly permit the licensee to use the licensed premises in any manner which is in violation of any provisions of any ordinance of this chapter.
