§ 114.36  SALE AT RETAIL FORBIDDEN IN DWELLING OR LODGING HOUSE.
   Except in the case of hotels and clubs, it shall be unlawful for any person, firm, partnership, corporation or association to sell any alcoholic liquor at retail upon any premises within the jurisdiction of the city which have any access which leads from the premises to any other portion of the same building or structure used for dwelling or lodging purposes, and which is permitted to be used or kept accessible for use by the public; provided, however, that, nothing herein shall be construed to prohibit any connection between any premises and other portion of the building or structure which is used only by the licensee, his or her family and personal guests.
