(A) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, partnership, corporation or association to use or employ any building or premise, now or hereinafter erected of existing within the corporate limits of the city, as a stockyard, animal weighing pen, whether temporarily used for weighing, loading or unloading during transportation or not, or as a commercial cattle, hog, sheep or animal feed lot, or to use or employ buildings, sheds or pavilions use as interior sales barns.
(B) Nothing herein shall be construed to apply to any person now operating any commercial sales barn, stockyard or animal weighing pen within the corporate limits of the city or who presently uses or employs any buildings, sheds or pavilions as interior sales barns; provided, however, that, the provisions of this section shall be construed to apply to the assignee of any person.
