§ 98.034  COLLECTION OF FEES, FINES, PENALTIES AND FUNDING.
   All monies received from fees assessed under this subchapter will go into a Fund for Animal Welfare and Control. All disbursements made under this chapter will come from the Fund for Animal Welfare and Control.
