§ 98.007  KILLING OF ANIMALS BY AUTHORITIES.
   The city police shall have the authority to kill any animals showing vicious tendencies or characteristics of rabies, whenever it appears that the capture of the animal cannot be accomplished without unreasonably endangering persons or property.
