(A) No agent, servant, employee or officer, whether elected or appointed, of the city shall be liable in any civil action to respond in damages as a result of his or her acts of commission or omission arising out of and in the course of his or her performance, in good faith, of his or her lawful duties as the agent, servant, employee or officer; provided that, the immunity from liability shall not extend to the operation of any motor vehicle in connection with the activities.
(B) Nothing in this subchapter shall be deemed to grant any immunity to any person causing damage by his or her willful or wanton acts of commission or omission.
