§ 73.033  PASSING OR DRIVING TO THE LEFT OF CENTER OF THE ROADWAY.
   (A)   No driver shall overtake and pass another vehicle or drive to the left of the center of the roadway whenever:
      (1)   He or she approaches the crest of a grade or upon a curve in the highway where the driver’s view is obstructed within the distance as to create a hazard in the event another vehicle might approach from the opposite direction;
      (2)   He approaches within 100 feet of or traverses any intersection or railroad grade crossing;
      (3)   The view is obstructed when he or she approaches within 100 feet of any bridge, viaduct or tunnel; or
      (4)   The section of roadway is designated as a no-passing zone as provided by this chapter.
   (B)   The limitations imposed by division (A) of this section shall not apply upon a one-way roadway, nor when an obstruction exists which requires a driver to drive to the left of the center of the highway nor to the driver of a vehicle turning left into or from an alley, private road or driveway unless otherwise prohibited by signs.
