§ 73.012  RECKLESS, WILLFUL RECKLESS DRIVING PROHIBITED.
   (A)   Any person who drives any motor vehicle in a manner as to indicate an indifferent or wanton disregard for the safety of persons or property shall be deemed to be guilty of reckless driving.

   (B)   Any person who drives any motor vehicle in a manner as to indicate a willful disregard for the safety of persons or property shall be deemed to be guilty of willful reckless driving.
